Nestled on top of picturesque Mt Mee this upmarket a la carte licensed restaurant enjoys spectacular views of the surrounding rural countryside, out to the Redcliffe Peninsula, Moreton Bay, Moreton Island and beyond. Whatever the season, day or night, you will enjoy the ambience our unique Queenslander provides.

The restaurant caters for all kinds of functions and the gardens with the large shady trees are perfect for special occasions and weddings, especially with a quaint country church just across the road.

The restaurant provides a large open area featuring a high raked timber ceiling, solid brushbox timber floors and the centrepiece is a magnificent fireplace, offering a warm and cosy atmosphere during the cooler months. Wander through the French doors onto the large veranda and enjoy relaxed café style dining. The internal area seats 80, while the verandas seat 60, featuring drop down clear blinds for inclement weather.

Oceanview Estates Winery and Vineyard
This boutique winery is located in the rolling hills of Ocean View just north of Brisbane and is 450 metres above sea level. The winery prides itself in creating excellent wine from grapes grown on the property. Experience the winemaking process first hand and soak up the smells of a fully operational winery.

The estate offers cellar door sales, wine tasting and a café, where you can indulge in a gourmet pie and a glass of wine, coffee and cake or handmade chocolates. If you prefer, create a hamper from the menu and picnic amongst the vines with your favourite bottle of wine.

Open 10am to 5pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Enjoy our Saturday nights for our "Wine at Night" events by bookings only, or other times can be arranged for group bookings and parties, small weddings or corporate packages.

Dayboro Butchery the famous Sausage Man. This well-known butchery offers handmade quality sausages and country meats. The sausages are made from fresh quality ingredients (less fat, more meat!) for an unforgettable taste experience.

Gourmet sausages with flavours from all over the world are made in this country butchery. Some popular flavours are Chicken and Mango; Steak and Ironbark; Chicken, Honey and Macadamia; Pork and Leek; Beef, Honey and Garlic; Italian; Venison; Kangaroo, to name only a few of more than 100 varieties. Around 15 to 20 flavours are stocked each week but if you want something special, all you have to do is order in advance to avoid disappointment.

The butchery is open 7 days: Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm, Saturdays 7am to 12noon, Sundays 8am to 1.00pm.

Dayboro Community Catering can take care of all your catering requirements for weddings, parties, private functions at home or full extravaganzas. There are many local venues to choose from for your function and you can select your menu from cocktail parties, sandwiches to roast dinners. This is a non profit group and all proceeds go back to Dayboro community groups.
